It is an understatement that the Staff at Camelot Retirement Village is most anxious to take care of our residents! It is real common for staff to go the "extra mile" when residents need assistance. All staff are trained to say "yes" when reasonable requests come from residents. Although a contract exists regarding the services required of Camelot, it is not unusual for Camelot to do more.
Each staff member is trained in his or her duties and performs them well.
A requirement of each staff member is that he or she be committed to serve the residents with a smile and staff members must enjoy being accommodating to the residents.
Nearly one half of the staff members have been employed at Camelot for over 4 years.
